Luis Miguel Gonzalez Ocque of Morgan Stanley Has Pending $1.3 Million Customer Complaint

Luis Miguel Gonzalez Ocque, a financial advisor in Morgan Stanley’s Miami office, has a pending $1.3 million arbitration against him from a customer. According to regulatory reports, the customer alleged unsuitability with respect to investments in 2014 through 2015.

The arbitration is pending with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Dispute Resolution forum. The case appears to have been filed in 2015 and served on Morgan Stanley and Luis Miguel Gonzalez Ocque on January 5, 2016.

Luis Miguel Gonzalez Ocque has been employed by Morgan Stanley since May of 2010. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was employed with Barclays Capital from 2008 to 2010 and Lehman Brothers from 2001 through 2008.
